Vintage Oriental Name Lucky Dip ATCs
These are three ATCs done for a swap on Ali's UK group. You had to choose 3 Oriental names/meanings,and then do appropriate vintage cards using them.I don't know why I like vintage Asian images so much...there's something very mysterious about them!

Elena's JOD Zetti pages
- I just finished these 2 pages for Elena's Journal of Dreams...I decided that her JOD was getting just WAY too beautiful and dreamy, and so,decided to shake it up a bit with some Zetti zaniness.Elena is only 1 of several other artists that I know who really "GET" and appreciate Zetti. For me,doing this style of art is really Zen-like...great to do when you are stressed! VERY cheap therapy!
| Translation:When Elena drank too much delicious Cuban coffee, her dreams became very weird! |

| (out of focus:<):my Flea Find! |
I had lots of fun at the Kane County Flea Market on Saturday.....some things I bought included artist's bags of lace, and postage stamps,Bingo pieces and other doodads. I added to my growing collection of sea glass colored old ink wells...BUT,my BIG find was these pocket watch faces!!!Whoo-hooo!the guy really cut me a deal, throwing in 10 free ones! So many of my art journal friends will be getting one on their journal pages! Many of these come from Elgin,Illinois, where I grew up,so that's kind of cool...most are porceline.I was thrilled with this find!
