The prompt for this was "the ties that bind". How I loved this!It made me  immediately think of that quote from Le Petit Prince,which I lovingly taught to my 4th year French students for  35 years! 

Siesta Key 2011

After sadly leaving Key Largo and the art reunion,I made my way up to "our place" on Siesta Key. I was joined by both Beth and Terry... 3 weeks of stellar warm sunny weather, walking the beach,reading,kayaking,boogie boarding and...doing 

nothing at all!

FLORIDA:The Keys4Art 2011

We once again went to the incredible Elena's house this year for our second Keys4Art Reunion. we had an amazingly wonderful time,full of friends old and new, fabulous art,yummy Cuban food and drink(!) and lots of music,singing and dancing!I am so lucky and grateful to have all these ladies in my life!!!
